A feature under consideration is not a final yes or no. Use the source date when sharing this answer, and check for a newer announcement before treating it as a launch commitment. This distinction matters especially when a store or platform decision depends on one distribution service.
Editorial perspective
A mod collection is easier to reason about when you record what each addition changes. Keep a simple list of the mod name, author, version, download source and the save in which you use it. That list is a general organizational practice, not a promise that every mod will run on every device.
A cautious experiment plan
For future compatibility testing, begin with a copy of a save and add a small number of changes at a time. Document required dependencies and author instructions. A successful download alone does not demonstrate that a large collection works together. We have not tested any Transport Fever 3 mod pack; our first mod coverage will distinguish installation steps, compatibility observations and unresolved issues.
